Please read carefully before contacting us for a quote, priorities or non-emergency works

EL-Divine is a committed and dedicated trustworthy business with over 98% satisfied clients who are happy with our works

We do not dodgy jobs or have craving desire for any unsafe installations. our promises to you as a client, customers are always fulfilled by doing what we promised to deliver. We do not cut corners, and all works have to be done in accordance with the British standards both basics and professional installations.

You are required to pay us both deposit and full amount due on each job, contracts and projects without delays. we have the right to withdraw our service from your property should there be any violations or disrespect to our engineers, contractors and officers supervising the work.

we are more than happy to do any extra work being agreed or for extra additional cost. But YOU MUST NOT take any advantage of our system by adding unnecessary extra jobs outside the agreement policy. Once we work for you the first time and full payment is made, you will be given some benefits of our services.  Please RESPECT our business and PAY IN FULL as we add values to your property by doing good jobs only.

REFUNDS: Unfortunately, we do not give refunds if work has already started. But we might consider some alternative options if applicable.

For health and safety reasons, training and security purposes, we do take records for our jobs.  MAKE FULL PAYMENT today to get our benefits

Have courage that you are in good safe hands and everything should be fine as we do only safe, good jobs.

Do not add any extra works outside Signed agreement after final quotes is given.  All extra works are charged separately with a different quote

Q1. Does EL-Divine's  business holds any qualifications for plumbing. gas, electrical works and water safe?

Ans. Yes, EL-Divine VVPH is Gas safe registered business, water safe, member of CIPHE and holds all other relevant qualifications

Q2. What types of works do you do?

AnsWe install mains water connections, lead pipe replacement, plumbing, Gas, Electricals and more

Q3. Do you offer credits on payments? 

AnsNO, we do not offer payment credits at this moment. .

Q4. Do you normally serve specific people or customers? *

Ans. NO. Our business is opened to the general public and whoever needs it especially for those who are genuinely looking for real business solutions

Q5. Is there an insurance cover for the works being done in my house?

Ans. Unfortunately, we don't cover jobs with insurance as our jobs are being done safely.  The Manufacturer's warranty usually covered the products we install. secondly, contact your building content insurance companies if applicable to check what is covered in your property on their policy system.

You must inform us in advance or disclosed any jobs related to insurance companies before we prepare your quotations. All insurance related jobs are different from standard quoted jobs.

We have our own emergency cover Care where you pay a little each month 

Q11.  Do you normally charge for 20% VAT or TAX on your services?

Ans. NO. we do not add any vat or tax on all our services is Vat Free

Q12.  Someone else install my boiler or electric system few weeks ago but there are faults with the work

Ans. A faulty installation is high risk. We require full access into the property to visually inspect everything in order to provide you with new quote to rectify any faults

Q13.  After you successfully completed this job, i have other extra jobs. Would you be able to quote for those extra work?

Ans. Yes

Q14.  There is big noise coming from my boiler too loud and disturbing

Ans.  Call EL-Divine to check the appliance for safety and maintenance. Your system is dirty, full of slugs and damaged components. Power flush needed and to replace any damage parts

Q15. My electric Fusebox or consumer unit keep tripping off

Ans. There is possible risk and unsafety.  Call us to check it before any Quote

Q16.  I could hear noises each time i opened the taps or closed it

Ans. You might be having water hammer issues or faulty components. Call us

Q6. Is there a REFUND in case i changed my mind?

Ans:  Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund if jobs are completed, however, if no work has started within few hours or days, you could be given a refund minus £100 to cover call-out and admin cost

Q7. A boiler or electrical appliance being installed few weeks has a leak; Do I have to pay for you to fix it?

Ans. You do not have to pay anything due to technical issue or manufacturers error. simply contact us to check it. You must NEVER let any other person temper with our installation, it breaches the policy

Q8.  I bought a second-hand boiler online, can you install if for me?

Ans: No, we do not Install used boilers for health & safety security purposes

Q9. LEAKS: How much do you charge for leak detection roughly?

Ans. Our standard charge is £200. But you do not have to pay any extra cost if it's minor situation.  Property visit required for visual inspection before quotes

Q10. I have paid for the cover for over three months or more without having any issues that needs fixing. Would I get a refund?

ANS. We do not issue a refund; however, you must continue your monthly subscription as you never know when the unexpected emergency will occur. Alternatively, you can Cancel these subscriptions from your bank after the three month 

Q17. My electric shower has power, but no hot water comes out

Ans. It's damaged. Contact us to diagnose it and to replace it if possible.  Or maybe water supply is turned off

Q18.  PETS: I have one pet or more, would that be a problem during the work?    Click here 

Ans. for health and safety reasons and to focused on the job, we highly advise that you keep all pets in their cage or safe place until we finish successfully 

Q19. We have disabled person or special needs family members. Is that ok with your work?

Ans. We are ok to work but i may suggest they are being put in safe place or a room to avoid disturbing them with noise, dust, fumes or general inconvenience. Our works involves hazard situations, and they must be kept away until we successfully finished the work.

Q20. I have obtained few quotes for my boiler, electrical job or project but I did not go ahead with them. Can I use this opportunity to replace it after two subscription payments? 

ANS. Definitely No However, we might consider giving you an offer to get new boiler installed for you with one-year free maintenance and up to FIVE years or TEN years manufacturer's warranty.
