This agreement is legal binding policy and is subject to full financial commitments for emergencies. We take good care of your unexpected emergency needs for basics and standard repairs and callouts. There are no call-out charges to pay if you became a committed member.
Examples of basic cover: No hot water, no cold water, Boiler power cut, Boiler leaks, Radiator leaks, damaged sink waste, Broken socket or light switch, Damaged basin tap. Bath tap heads, shower hose and head, security light, faulty Fusebox MCB, taps connected wrongly, Euro door lock, Lamp holder, Gas safety valves, Garden taps, shower curtain pole, shower head & holder and more.
You can cancel any time if you no longer need it
Exclusions or areas not covered but can be negotiable with additional cost if such component or appliances requires upgrade or replacement is as follows1.

This includes Boiler servicing, Landlord gas safety check, Boiler flue integrity, Gas leak, Consumer unit MCB replacement, Boiler repairs, filter servicing, thermostat, port valve, gate valve, Cylinder tundish, burst pipe, Taps repairs, Boier flue, Filling loop, Boiler stopcock,
Forbidden and Prohibited: Please DO NOT TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO DELIBERATELY CAUSED DAMAGES IN YOUR PROPERTY TO ABUSE OUR OFFERS WITH ENDLESS CALLS.
Minimum subscription periods are THREE Months.
It may be that you paid for this emergency cover for over three months but there were no faults, no leaks or any issue with your property. Should you continue with this cover or not? The Answer is, you must consider continuing paying for your subscription until minimum periods expire which is THREE MONTHS ENDED.
However, you can cancel this agreement any time within Twelve months or one year. the minimum period you can end this agreement is three months by sending us advanced notice by writing to us via our email address Info@eldivinevirginplumbing.com
CANCELLATION and Come back:
once you have cancelled this policy, and there is an emergency at your property, and you need our support services, you will pay for only an offer amount given after we diagnosed the fault
How to set up this policy payment?
(1). Arrange to meet at your property to inspect
(2) Discuss with EL-divine and sign peaceful direct debit or standing order agreement,
(3) Set up your direct debit and pay straightaway (Minimum before you can cancel it is 3 months period) Cover must continue for 3 months nonstop
(4) There is NO REFUND when this emergency cover is cancelled. and to cancel it, you must first inform us by giving us one month notice then stop the payment on the first day of the new month. example, to stop this cover during December, your direct debit should be cancelled by you on 1st January
(5) if you decided to reactivate the service again after few months later, all or any previous months you have spent with us is considered as void or deleted and you must start all over again as a new cover plan.
